• We welcome senior citizens, government employees, military personnel
  
  
• A valid credit card is required to make the reservation
  
  
• To cancel your reservations, we require 24 hour notice before 4 P.M. for normal
  dates and at least 1 week for important dates and events (e.g. Friday the 13th, Norfolk County Fair and other similar events)
  
  
• One night's room(s) rent will be charged to the provided credit card in case of no-show/no in-time notice/same-day cancellation
